Terms of Service — Is Social Security Worth It?

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Millionaire Online Education, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a South Carolina limited liability company. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using this application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

All content, projections, simulations, charts, comparisons, and outputs generated by the App are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes.

Nothing in this App constitutes:

• Personalized financial, investment, tax, or retirement advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, or financial product
• Tax preparation, tax planning, or tax advice of any kind
• Legal advice regarding Social Security claiming, pension rights, or government benefits
• A guarantee of future Social Security benefits, investment returns, or retirement outcomes
• A substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed professional (CPA, CFP®, licensed attorney, or the Social Security Administration)

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax preparer, or law firm. We do not take custody of, hold, manage, or have access to any of your money, accounts, or assets.

Your purchase buys access to a modeling and education tool — it does not buy advice.

Your actual Social Security benefit is determined exclusively by the Social Security Administration based on your verified earnings history. This App does not access your SSA records. Its projections are modeled estimates and may differ materially from your actual benefit. For your actual projected benefit, visit ssa.gov/myaccount.

All figures, projections, and comparisons are general illustrative examples and do not account for your specific personal, financial, tax, or legal circumstances.

The App models hypothetical Defined Contribution ("DC") alternative scenarios using historical market data and statistical simulation. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

• Monte Carlo simulations are probabilistic models. They represent a range of possible outcomes derived from historical data. They are not predictions of future market performance.
• Historical returns and benchmarks shown are for educational illustration only and are not a recommendation to invest in any specific fund, security, or asset class.
• Real-world results will differ from modeled projections due to fees, taxes, market timing, sequence of returns, behavioral factors, and many variables not captured by the model.
• Model assumptions (returns, inflation, wage growth, withdrawal rates, life expectancy) are disclosed in the App's Assumptions section and are user-editable. Different assumptions produce different results, including results in which Social Security outperforms the modeled DC alternative.

Historical investment returns shown are sourced from publicly available market data for illustrative purposes only.

Social Security benefit projections in the App are derived from:

• User-provided income inputs (not your actual SSA earnings record)
• Historical U.S. Census median income data (1964–2009), used as the baseline income series
• SSA bend-point formulas anchored to published 2026 figures ($1,286 and $7,749 per month)
• Forward wage indexing using a single assumed average historical growth rate of approximately 3.6% per year — a single assumed average rate, not a year-by-year lookup of actual historical National Average Wage Index (NAWI) values. This rate is subject to future revision.
• A Full Retirement Age (FRA) sliding scale (65–67) derived from SSA's published birth-year schedule

These projections are approximations. Your actual benefit will be determined by SSA using your verified earnings record.

International pension comparisons are educational approximations based on publicly available contribution-rate data and general structural information. They are:

• Not actuarially certified representations of any foreign government's pension system
• Not legal or regulatory guidance on foreign pension law
• Subject to change as foreign laws and formulas evolve
• Intended to illustrate structural differences between pension approaches, not to provide personalized cross-border retirement planning

The App presents an analytical comparison between the current U.S. Social Security defined-benefit program and a hypothetical defined-contribution alternative.

• The analyses, framing, and conclusions presented are the opinions and educational commentary of the App's operator, offered as protected expression.
• The "Defined Contribution alternative" is a modeled hypothetical. It does not reflect, endorse, or correspond to any specific proposed law, bill, political party, candidate, or privatization plan.
• Nothing in the App is a recommendation that you support or oppose any policy, legislation, or political position.
• Model outcomes depend entirely on user-selected inputs and assumptions. The App is capable of producing — and does produce — results in which Social Security outperforms the modeled DC alternative, particularly under conservative investment assumptions.

The App includes an AI-powered assistant named "Sophie" (the "Assistant"), accessible to administrators only for internal testing and development purposes. This feature is not available to general users.

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence, not by a human, and not by a licensed professional. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing the Assistant says creates an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship of any kind.

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive identifiers into the Assistant.

You understand and agree that:

• Any financial, retirement, investment, or benefit-claiming decision you make — whether or not informed by the App — is made at your own risk and is solely your responsibility.
• We are not responsible for any financial loss, missed benefit, tax consequence, or other damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or any of its outputs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILLIONAIRE ONLINE EDUCATION, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR RETIREMENT VALUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9.1 Free and Supporter Access

The App has two access levels, and no others:

• Free — available without payment. Includes the core modeling, projection, inputs, comparisons, and assumptions views. The Free experience is ad-supported (see Section 6 of the Privacy Policy). It does not include scenario saving, the Monte Carlo view, the International comparison view, or PDF export.
• Supporter — a paid level that unlocks all of the above (Monte Carlo, International comparison, PDF export, and unlimited scenario saving) and removes advertising. Supporter access is identical across all three purchase terms; the terms differ only in duration and price.

9.2 Supporter Terms and Pricing

Supporter access is offered in three terms. Current pricing is always the price displayed at checkout.

9.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your payment card number. By purchasing Supporter access, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method at the applicable price. You can manage your payment method and cancel auto-renewal through the billing portal linked in your Account settings.

9.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund of amounts already paid. Access continues through the end of your current paid term. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

Exception: If you experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing any Supporter feature within 7 days of purchase, contact us at email@issocialsecurityworthit.com and we will review and resolve the issue, including issuing a refund if the error cannot be resolved.

9.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for future subscription terms. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to an auto-renewing subscription.

All content, code, methodology, design, text, charts, and data compilations in the App are the property of Millionaire Online Education, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at email@issocialsecurityworthit.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the App's access controls or paywalls, or engage in conduct that harms us or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately. We will not be obligated to refund any amounts paid for a term during which your account is terminated for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
